Facilities/Maintenance Technician at Landis Homes
Full Time Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., 80 hours bi-weekly

Position Essential Responsibilities:
- Assists with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC repairs, exterior building maintenance, and other maintenance responsibilities as assigned.
- Installs, maintains, and repairs major appliances throughout campus.
- Performs preventive maintenance tasks.
- Stays alert to and assists with campus security issues.
- Responds to fire alarms, investigates and carries out duties assigned in resetting alarms, and completes related documentation.
- Reports repairs needing major parts or a subcontractor to the Facilities Manager.
- Assists with resident relocations and facilities set-up for meetings.
- Participates in department on-call rotation.
- Assists with snow removal and other emergencies as needed.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a current PA Driver's License.
- Prior experience in a related role preferred.
